Grace Gallery Return & Exchange Policy


We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns
    •    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
    •    Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
    •    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
    •    We offer free size exchanges within 7 days.
    •    If your item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
    1.    Email us at gracegalleryla@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    2.    We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
    3.    Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
