Return Policy for Merch Los Angeles

Thank you for choosing Merch Los Angeles! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your specific needs. Because our products are made to order, we have a return policy that ensures fairness to both our customers and our business.

**1. Custom Orders and Final Sale**
- All made-to-order products are considered final sale due to their customized nature. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin crafting your item to your specifications. Therefore, returns, exchanges (on custom items), or cancellations are not accepted after the order has been confirmed.

**2. Order Modifications**
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications may not be possible, depending on the production stage.

**3. Defects and Damages**
- We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

**4. Shipping Issues**
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise during transit.

**5. Exchanges/Returns for Non-Custom Products**
- If you purchase a non-custom item from our store, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 50% will apply. You will be issued a code for your replacement item purchase giving you 50% off (which equals 50% refund for the the original item.)

**6. Refunds**
- Refunds, if any, will be will be issued in the form store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
